Wishes his legs were as quick as his footballing brain and that he was 20 years younger because he would love playing with this team - formed a strong partnership with Tony Griffiths at the heart of the back four in title winning 2007/8 season.Didn't miss much in the air and had an eye for a pass but hated small, quick centre forwards.
Also coaches for Sport Caerphilly,Caerphilly Football Academy and the University of Glamorgan - a total football anorac who has just completed his UEFA B Licence and is cursed with being a Luton Town fan!!
The form of Adam in 2008/9 allowed him to revert to being 'just Gaffer' and emergency only centre back - but still scored more goals than Tony & Adam combined tho in !! Makes out he doesnt enjoy playing anymore-his legs don't but the rest of him does, thankfully having a glut of good centre backs makes sure his decision to be 'just Gaffer' again is an easy one!!
The Gaffer is really looking forward to the 2013/14 season - we have assembled a top quality squad with great attitudes, are running two teams again and seem to have got our team spirit back - plus its his first season as an 'officially retired footballer'!
Doesnt look anything like Gary MacAllister.......
